WordPress 3.1 is Available
WordPress 3.1. has officially been released. This update brings a number of updates as well as some new features (easy internal linking, post formats, new network admin, and more.

Hello Jennifer, I just updated some of my blogs to WordPress 3.1 .. However, some plugins aren’t working yet but hopefully they’ll catch up … Thanks for sharing!
I would either keep a watch out for updates, contact the plugin author, do a search for the issue, or even hire someone to fix the issues (we do a lot of that). Hopefully the issues will be resolved soon!
